Fair-to-Light Concealer Swatch Fest

In the spirit of this blog and my endless desire to try ALL TEH PALE-ISH THINGS!, I have swatched almost every concealer I currently own. The one exception is my Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer, because I've swatched it a zillion times already and I didn't have enough room on my hand.

The back of my hand ranges from N10-15, depending on the time of year and what I've been up to. I think I'm closer to N10 at the moment.

  1. Thanks for this! I was just wondering what that Maybelline concealer looks like, and I couldn't find a decent swatch.

    1. I use it as a corrector, but I think people with pinker skin could maybe use it on its own.

  2. I really like the color of the UD for under eyes but I think that the finish is chalky on me for some reason. I'm not sure why!

  3. Lol, I heard the UD Naked Skin in Fair was basically white, but in your swatches, it looks slightly darker than NARS Chantilly, which is what I use :D

    1. It really is one of the palest concealers on the mass market, but I agree that the NARS and my KA SSE are slightly lighter. They're also more yellow; I find that shades with pink undertones tend to look darker to me, for some reason.

    2. Right?! You should totally try it as a blush. I looked up swatches online in disbelief, it IS a very peachy shade that may be exacerbated by your paleness. Though why they call it porcelain is beyond comprehension , they could have gone with peach or something.

  5. I'm using the NYX HD Concealer in Porcelain on some days - it's a hair more pink and darker than the Chantilly. Looks very similar to the UD here.
