This giveaway is open to both the US and Canada.
The winners from my last Glossier giveaway are still waiting for their prizes thanks to the restocking issues. So this time, I decided to learn from my mistakes and just buy the products ahead of time. I really wanted to give away Glossier's newest product, Haloscope...but one shade does not fit all. So I decided to buy both. Then I remembered that Haloscope contains a few oils that some readers cannot use on their skin, so I decided to get an additional prize: two tubes of the newer Balm Dot Com flavors.
So here's the giveaway prizes! You can enter to win one of three prizes:
1. Glossier Haloscope in Quartz
2. Glossier Haloscope in Topaz
3. Glossier Balm Dot Com in Cherry and Rose
Entering is, as always, super-simple: tell me about your go-to summer makeup look. Make sure your name is on the comment, because that's how I'll announce the winner. (I don't recommend just typing up your e-mail; you're asking for spam.) At the end of your comment, please add a line that says, "I'm entering for ______" so I know which of the three prizes you're trying to win. You must pick one of the three options.
Please be aware that there are some rules for this contest:
- You must be at least 18 years old and located in the US or Canada to enter.
- You must be prepared to provide me with your full name and address if you win.
- You may only enter once.
- Entries will be finalized on August 5th, 2016 at 11:59pm EST. I will use Random.com to pick a winner.
- You do NOT have to be subscribed to this blog to enter, but I will announce the winner in a blog post, so it might help to bookmark BOGL for the next two months if you've entered. If you do not respond to that blog post within a week, I will draw a new winner.
Also, I want to remind everyone that I pay for these giveaways out of my own pocket. That's not me trying to guilt you, that's just me saying that I have to have the money available to send the products out. Hence, it may take me a week or two to get the goodies sent to you after you win. This is especially true if you end up being a Canadian winner, because customs = not fun. But they will be sent! :)
Best of luck, and thank you for supporting Bad Outfit, Great Lipstick!
Thanks for this chance! I'm a "swipe of bold purple lipstick" and maybe, maybe eyeliner in the summer, since I live in hot, humid, sauna weather. I up my skincare and pray for cooler temperatures. I'm entering for the Balm .com! Thanks again, Kim
ReplyDeleteI guess my go-to summer makeup is just mascara, a wash of shimmery eye shadow and a bright lip. I've also been dabbling in highlighting lately, which makes me feel extra summery! But I change my look for my destination, like wearing minimal waterproof makeup for the beach, etc.
ReplyDeleteI'm entering for the balm dot com - thanks for making your giveaway available to Canadian residents!
Leanne :)
My summer makeup is mostly eyeliner, mascara, liquid blush, MAC F&B, and a really bright gloss/stain like the L'Oreal or YSL ones. I'm entering for the Haloscope Quartz because I am also ghostly pale and a gold highlighter that isn't so dark on me it should be eyeshadow, sure!
ReplyDeleteMy go-to summer makeup is whatever isn't going to melt off my face! Usually sunscreen (SPF 50, baby), concealer, lip balm, and waterproof mascara. If I need to I can dress it up from there! I'm entering for the Haloscope in Quartz. Love your blog!
ReplyDeleteI love a bright, bold lip, minimal eye and glowing skin for summer! I'm entering for Haloscope in quartz. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteMy go-to summer look is pretty simple and bulletproof: liquid liner, waterproof mascara, Stila Convertible Color in Camellia, and It Cosmetics CC cream (a mixture of the travel sizes in fair and light, because I'm between shades as usual, bah). I'm entering for the Haloscope in Quartz.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for this opportunity! I always enjoy reading your well-thought-out posts :)

My go to look is sunscreen, maybelline fit me concealer, tons of too faced chocolate soleil bronzer, nars himalia all over the lid, mascara, and nyx natural lip liner. Easy and adds the right amount of color to the face without being able to tell when I'm sweating. Im entering for the balm dot com. Thanks- Miranda

ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance! My go to summer look is a bronzy one with a bit of black eyeliner and a pinkish lippy.
ReplyDeleteI'm entering for the Glossier Haloscope in Topaz.
I tend toward very minimal makeup in the summer: just mascara, some BB cream, and a tinted balm. I'm entering for the Haloscope in Quartz.
ReplyDeleteAlison
Recently I've just been wearing concealer, Illamasqua Zygomatic blush, mascara, and sheer lipstick (today it's Revlon Coy), but I also love duochrome products in the summer! And I'd love to win Haloscope in Quartz. Thanks for having this giveaway!
ReplyDeleteFor the summer, I usually wear way less makeup than usual like a skin tint, a bit of concealer, mascara, & a lipstick & of course i touch up my brows! I'd love to get the Glossier Balm Dot Com in Cherry & Rose.
ReplyDeleteThank u for the opportunity!! For my makeup look, it's typically just a bit of a skin tint or BB cream, mascara, and a lip balm. nothing too crazy. I would like to get the Balm Dot Com in Cherry & Rose bc I hear they soften your lips and I need that!!! - Vanesa
ReplyDeleteMy summer look is sunscreen, a bb cream or lightweight foundation, setting powder, highlighter, and a lipstick (usually on the bolder side). I like to keep things lightweight and minimal since it's so hot where I live. I'm entering for the balm dot com- Amanda
ReplyDeleteDuring the summer I go for a light tinted moisturizer or tinted primer, mascara, and a light lip stain in a fun color like purple or berry. I spring for a matte brown liner in my lash line and smudge it out if I'm feeling fancy! I'm entering for Haloscope in Quartz!
ReplyDeletePraying that the gods of random.com are looking out for me: Haloscope in Quartz PLZ.
ReplyDeleteIn the summer I go for a lightweight non greasy sunscreen (Biore Kao Aqua Rich is the best for real), BB Cream, Eyebrows (Benefit Browzings + a grayish powder), gel blush, liquid highlighter that I got a sample of, curl lashes + maybe wp mascara, a deep plum lip stain. Plz random.com gods. --regan
Just discovered your blog and really enjoying it! My go-to look has been a light weight foundation, cream blush, eyeshadow crayon or cream shadow of some sort, mascara and lip gloss. I would love the Balm dot com!
ReplyDeleteMy summer routine consists of concealer, blush and mascara. Lately I've been enjoying bronzer in my face and eyes for a quick glow. I would love to try the Glossier Haloscope in Quartz
ReplyDeleteI usually use NARS TM, usually a tinted lip balm, a waterproof mascara, Becca Beach Tint in Grapefruit, and a wash of Stila Kitten. I'd like to win the Glossier Haloscope in Quartz! Though I'd be happy to try a balm too!
ReplyDeleteI would love to try the Haloscope in quartz after reading your review of it! My summer look has been super minimal- no foundation just various powders and concealer under my eyes. On my eyes I've been wearing Colourpop Wattles almost every day with a bit of smudged out black eyeliner and mascara- new fave Dior Iconic Overcurl and Boybrow on my brows. Anyway, thanks for doing this giveaway!
ReplyDeleteMy summer routine is Glossier Boy Brow, Jouer cheek tint in Bare, curled lashes and RMS Living Luminizer. I'm in for the balm dot com!
ReplyDeleteMy summer routine is sunscreen, Joe Fresh tinted moisturizer, Anastasia dip brow, mascara and Caudalie lip balm. I add Maybelline's Colour Tattoo eyeshadow in Bad to the Bronze for night time :) I'm entering for the Haloscope in Topaz! Glad you've opened this up to Canadian residents as well!
ReplyDeleteAfter having an allergic reaction that left me with little bumps all over my face, I trimmed my skincare routine and stopped wearing a base. Now that the rash is gone, I've gotten used to not have a tint on and haven't bothered with foundation/base for a weeks. Sunscreen is always a must, and I fluff my brows up and occasionally pop on a bright lip. Summer has been too easy this year! I'm entering for the Haloscope in Topaz :) I would love to try one of their highlighters, I love a glowy look. Thank you so much!
ReplyDeleteMy go to summer look is minimal and fresh. I find that when I'm out and about its hard to maintain a caked face especially since my skin is very sensitive. Though my skin tends to flourish in the summer time and repair from the hard winter weather. I have a sun allergy (ironic I know) so minimal and fresh helps keep it looking and feeling it's best naturally without giving it a reason to react worse to UV rays. Though I can admit I still put in a bright matte lip here and there for fun. I like dewy, crisp, and bright which is why I think Glossier is an absolute good send. I am entering for the Haloscope in Quartz because who doesn't want to glow and sparkle in the sun? Thank you so much for this giveaway!!
ReplyDeleteMy go-to summer makeup look is as minimalistic as I can be, with heavy emphasis on lasting power. I usually do a moisturizer with SPF (Biore Watery Gel Essence right now), concealer, cream blush, tightline, brow powder, and mascara. I'll throw on a sheer lip color too if I'm feeling a little fancy! My name is Madeline and my email is mad_kh@comcast.net. I'm entering for Glossier Haloscope in Quartz, because I'm constantly on the search for a nice dewy highlighter. Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteMy regular, summer minimal look right now is my favorite BB cream (Holika Holika's jelly one), a heavy dose of mascara and a lip product! I'd love to win the Haloscope in Quartz, thanks for the opportunity!
ReplyDeleteI've been on the go a lot lately this summer and I really like keeping my makeup as minimal as possible. My go-to look starts off with a layer of sheer tinted moisturizer (I'll double up with another one if I really need a littler more coverage or if my skin got a little darker). I'll do my brows with Lorac's Take a Brow in Dark Brown and dab on a little eye shadow with my fingers with whatever color I felt like that day (usually a shimmery, coffee, taupe shade). I'll sprits my face with Mario Badescu's aloe spray once and pat it in. I'm all for the natural, dewey, almost sweaty look. I'm entering for the Glossier Haloscope in Topaz!
ReplyDeleteMy go to for summer is BB cream and a lip and cheek stain to give my pale face some life ;) Right now Im digging lumene BB and the NYC Demi Lotavo cheek stain (its way better than I expected, totally recommend!). Im entering for Glossier Haloscope in Quartz. Thank you!!
ReplyDeleteMy vibe this summer is some bronzing cream and coral cream blush (the revlon one is awesome) with mascara and lip balm. Easy. Im entering for the haloscope in quartz!
ReplyDeleteMy summer makeup look is "dewy ease". Glossier concealer on the redness, groomed brows (but still natural looking), mascara and MLBB (Wet n Wild Spiked with Rum) topped with some balm dot com. Taupe-y eye shadow (Colourpop Birthday Boy) applied with fingers if I'm feeling really motivated! Glossier really does make some great products and I'm surprised how much I love the balm dot com. I was very skeptical. Thank you for this giveaway and thanks for a great blog! I'm entering for the Haloscope in Quartz <3

DeleteMy go-to summer look involves tinted moisturizer and concealer where necessary, then brow gel, an easy blush with a nice dose of highlighter on the tops of the cheeks and the inner corners of the eyes (and lots of mascara of course!). I usually grab for a light gloss or just lip balm during the day and will add a bolder lip for the evening.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I'm entering for the Haloscope in Quartz. :)
DeleteHello, I am entering for the Glossier lipsticks. Thanks! (this is Don's wife btw)
ReplyDeleteMy go-to summer look is just a bright lip. I feel like I look put together and made up with something as simple as wearing a vibrant pink or purple lipstick.
ReplyDeleteI'm entering for the Glossier Balm Dot Com duo.
My summer makeup look is putting on some light liquid foundation, only in problem areas. Then I fill in my brows, add a little mascara, and a matte lip. I may do winged eye liner in the evening and add some sparkle if I'm going somewhere fancy.
ReplyDeleteI'm entering for the balm dot com !
Sorry, for some reason it didn't add in my name.
DeleteI'm Haley S
This is what I've been wearing this summer: tinted sunscreen (Neostrata), Becca BT in Grapefruit (or Guava), Revlon Juicy Papaya (or Wild Watermelon), ABH Brow Wiz and curled lashes. I'd love to win the Glossier Haloscope in Quartz. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteMy summer look is either Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer or just NARS concealer; Anastasia Modern Renaissance for eye look + NYC liner if have extra time, Tarte's new lashpaint mascara (AMAZING!); and whatever bronzer, highlight, blush and lip products I feel like that day.
ReplyDeleteI'm entering for the Haloscope in Quartz.
Thank you!
Mackenzie
My go-to look is whatever is most low maintenance but also let's me be somewhat presentable... that means applying a coat of mascara and running a spoolie through my brows. :)
ReplyDeleteI'd like to enter to win the Haloscope in Topaz.
Thanks!
My go-to look is a very light bb cream, brow mascara, mascara, and a tinted lip balm! I'd like to enter to win the Haloscope in Quartz. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI'm trying a new look this summer, which is just full-tilt leaning into my natural sweaty glow and hoping it lines up with this highlighter trend. Concealer instead of foundation (I like Glossier's for now); my ride or die Maybelline Define-a-Lash in black; gobs and gobs of cream highlighter on every high point I've got. I'm biracial and have been loving Glossier's Topaz haloscope, but I'll switch it out for Milk's highlighter if it ups the dew factor too much. Thanks for this generous giveaway! I'm entering for the two balms.
